Is PartyLab really free?
Yes. All four games are free to play in v1. No accounts, no payments, no premium tier.
Do players need an account or app?
No. Players open the link in a browser, type a display name, and join.
How many players per game?
Hot Takes 3–10, Doodle Chain 4–10, Mole Word 4–12, Block Drop solo.
What data does PartyLab keep?
Only what the game needs: display names, room code, and game state. Rooms auto-delete after 24 hours.
What if someone writes something rude?
Answers pass a basic blocklist, and the host can remove a player. There is no private chat — only game answers, clues, and votes.
What is not in v1?
Live ads, accounts, leaderboards, portal submission, app-store builds, voice chat, and custom prompt lists.
Are the games copies of other party games?
No. Prompts, words, art, and rules were written fresh for this site. Party-game mechanics like prompt-and-vote or draw-and-guess are common, but our content is original.
